In 2012, Rosenfeld Media published this book from Chris Noessel and I. It was an idea I had many years ago (at least 1989) but one I never pursued until I ask Chris if he would like to join me on exploring the topic of “what interaction designers could learn from science fiction interfaces.” He brought great ideas and process and we both embarked on a 5-year exploration into all of the science fiction we could get in front of us. It’s available as a printed book, PDF, and numerous mobile formats.
