I led a team that produced an 8-day site for NIKE during the US Open golf tournament that featured and chronicled Tiger Woods for the 1997 US Open. During the tournament, the site allowed kids around the world to send messages to Tiger which were portrayed on the site in handwritten notes. The design was intended to emulate a scrapbook as if it was being built by a 14-year old. Since the event ended on Father’s Day, the last few days gave kids the ability to share moments about their own interaction with their own fathers and sports. The site changed everyday with information about the tournament and served as the homepage for NIKE during this period of time.
