From 2004 to 2006, I worked with three friends to develop a new calendaring solution online. It was entirely Web-based and did some things (like smart time zone support) that other products didn’t–all while being much lighter and easier to administer than products like Microsoft Exchange.
We even built a mobile interface (for future phones of the time).
